Guess what?! This is the official 100th post on Beaus and Bows. How crazy is that? This is actually a really special thing for me. I don’t think I’ve ever been more proud of something I’ve written and this is technically 100 things I’m proud of (Okay, my first few posts are wonky, but still.). This is more than just a place where I write about make up, skincare, life stuff, and my other shenanigans. This has become my new comfort zone. A really happy place for me and apparently, a happy place for you all too! I never thought my blog would grow to what it is now. There’s thousands of you reading along with me and enjoying each other’s thoughts and recommendations. How cool are we?
So I just said this beautiful little blip on the internet is my comfort zone. That’s the thing about comfort zones, you are meant to grow and take a step out of them. Even if it’s scary or nerve-wracking. To help B&B blossom into something new, I’ve decided to bring Beaus and Bows to YouTube. YouTube isn’t something I’m entirely new to. I used to make private videos with friends right after high school to help keep in touch and it was a fantastic experience. I had a lot of fun with the entire process in the past and thought that it would be a great idea to bring it back into my life. I’m actually not all that nervous about this because you have all been really supportive about everything else I’ve done. I feel like I’ve got an entire team of cheerleaders reading my blog. And by that I mean people who cheer me on and push me to be awesome as well as call me out and question me when need be. So here we go. B&B is taking a step into new territory.
My first video is the TMI tag. I thought I’d do something a little more casual to introduce everyone to the channel as well as something that helped you all get to know me a little bit more. I really hope you enjoy the video and are excited for this new mini expansion of B&B. I’d appreciate comments and feedback on it as well as any requests you all have for videos you’d like to see me do. So by all means, comment, like, subscribe, or even all of them.
I’m so pumped up for life now. Happy 100th post, you guys!
We shall talk soon.
