Hey there, bow friends!

In my post about my New Year’s resolutions I mentioned my battle with weight loss.  In order to keep myself motivated and inspired, I’ve made a little side blog specifically relating to health and fitness.  I’ll also be using this blog to record my progress and actually write out my goals.  I find if I really reinforce something in multiple ways, I’ll actually do it.  I actually do want to be healthier and to feel fit and confident with my body…so I’m going to do it!

I hope you all are having a really awesome week!  I also hope you’re staying warm (after being 80 degrees for a week, Florida decided to join in the fun and turn to 40-60 degree weather)!
